Dr. Faludi received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from George Mason University, followed by his Master Degree in Public Health from St. George’s University.
After graduating, he worked as an epidemiologist with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) in infectious disease. He became certified in public health and elected as a fellow to the Royal Society of Public Health.
He returned to St. George’s University and received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. Following veterinary school, he went on to complete a yearlong rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Blue Pearl in Richmond, VA, a small animal surgery internship at Dallas Veterinary Surgical Center, and a small animal clinical surgical fellowship at Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine. He co-authored an article on how extracorporeal shock wave therapy improves short‐term limb use after canine tibial plateau leveling osteotomy, which was presented for completion of his surgery clinical fellowship.
Dr Faludi is currently serving as a resident with the Animal ophthalmology clinic. His professional interests include ophthalmic surgery, with a particular emphasis on reconstructive, eyelid surgery, corneal surgery, and lens removal (cataract surgery).
When he is not working, Dr. Faludi enjoys spending time with his cat Halsted/chihuahua Bonnie, attending concerts, and enjoying high fidelity audio.
